- Orders of $50.00 and up: Free Shipping
All shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Time Frame for Delivery
The total delivery time is split into two parts: Processing Time and Transit Time.
1. Processing Time (1-3 Business Days):
Processing time refers to the time required to prepare your order for shipment, including order verification, quality checks, and packaging.
Typically, orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

2. Transit Time (4-13 Business Days):
Transit time refers to the time it takes for your order to travel from our international suppliers and fulfillment partners to your destination. International shipping may take longer than domestic US delivery.
Please note that transit times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or peak shipping seasons.
Tracking Your Shipment
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days, or experience any issues, please contact us at service@SmartDealsPicks.com and we will be happy to assist you.
Unforeseen Delays
While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control. If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, please reach out to our support team and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
SmartDealsPicks is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages / Lost Packages
SmartDealsPicks covers any products that are damaged, defective, or lost, including during shipping. If your order arrives in unsatisfactory condition or does not arrive at all, contact our support team at service@SmartDealsPicks.com and we will arrange a replacement or full refund. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods until the matter is resolved.
